I'm not sure if A B C D are answers, but I can say for sure that C is positive and A, B, and D are negative.

A:

-7*13
Since there is only one -1, the expression is negative;

-7*13=91

B:

14*-2
Here as well, there is only one -1, so the expression is negative;

14*-2=-28

C:

(-14)/(-7)
The -1 cancels out;

(14)/(7) =2

D:

(-42)/(6)
Here, you can't cancel the -1 out, so it remains negative;

(-42)/(6) =8

Sorry for the delay, hope this helps :)
