X - 9 = 3/5x
x - 0.6x = 9
0.4x = 9
x = 22.5
22.5 - 9 = 13.5
Therefore, Steven will have $13.50.
Im not entirely sure. You have to recheck this with someone else. Im having a brain fart right now lol
