100 = 10x10 = 10²

You are asking to factor out 100 in terms of 10's. This is pretty easy, you just to divide 100 by 10 and divide the quotient again by 10 until you arrive at 1 or a number that is not divisible by 10. So,
100 = 10x10 = 10²
