A possible answer to this question is 5 cans of "wet food" and 5 bags of "dry food". 5 cans of wet food make $1.50 * 5 = $7.50 and 15 bags of dry food make $3.00 * 5 = $15. $7.50 + $15 = $22.50, which is under budget of $60.
