the slopes of two perpendicular lines
are
m1*m2=-1
given line
4x+4y+5=0------> 4y=-4x-5----> y=-x-1.25
m1=-1
so
m2=1

find the equation of the line with m2=1 and point (−2,−3)
y-y1=m*(x-x1)-----> y+3=(1)*(x+2)----> y=x+2-3-----> y=x-1
