First, I would like to know what is means when someone asks you to find the Means-To-Mad Ratio. I do not know what a Means-To-Mad Ratio is.

Second, can someone please answer this problem?

1. {15, 16, 17, 17, 17, 17, 18, 19}
2. {12, 13, 13, 14, 14, 14, 16, 16}
Calculate the means-to-MAD ratio for the two number sentences above.

MAD = Mean Absolute Deviation.
so you need to calculate the mean ( average) and then calculate the MAD ratio
