You are in the leftmost lane on a one-way street, and are stopped at a red traffic light. The cross street is one-way from right to left. If the way is clear, you may Turn left on a red light, if no signs prohibit it. You cannot pass on the street in front of you, but you can pass in the street on your left side because it is just one way.
