y= 4x*2 -16x+10

As general quadratic equation is,

y=ax^2+bx+c , we get a=4 , b=-16 , c=10

as a=4 and +ive so the parabola is up-down facing

vertex formula is X(vertex)= -b/2a putt values in this formula we will get x -coordinate of vertex,

X(vertex)= -(-16)/2*4

X(vertex)= 2

Now to find the Y- Co-ordinate just plug in the value of X in the given equation, hence

Y(vertex)=4(2)^2-16*2+10

Y(vertex)=-6

hence the vertex of given equation is (2,-6)
