we know that

XV is the diameter of a circle
arc XYV is equal to 180 degrees
arc XYV=180°
arc ZV=arc VY
arc VY=43°
then
arc XY=arc XYV-arc VY-------> arc XY=180-43-----> arc XY=137°

the answer is
arc XY=137°
