What key evidence supports the hypothesis of continental drift?

They have found fossils on one continent in one part of the world and the same on another, also in the places they have found the same fossils the continents sort of fit together. This also supports that there was more then just one "full continent" like Pangaea. Furthermore, they have proved that some of the continents now in-days are still moving (drifting).
