We know that 1 foot = 12 inches and 1 minute = 60 seconds, so to convert 60 inches per second to feet per minute, we are going to multiply
60 (in)/(sec) by
(1ft)/(12in) and
(60sec)/(1min) to cancel units and express our answer in feet per minute:

60 (in)/(sec)* (1ft)/(12in)*(60sec)/(1min) =300 (ft)/(min)

We can conclude that after converting 60 inches per second to feet per minute, we get 300 feet per minute.
