On a Cartesian plane (like the one you have), the range refers to the y-axis.
On a number line, you don't have to worry about y-axis or x-axis.

Lowest value is just slightly more than 0 (BUT, it never touches the x-axis). Highest value is infinity. So your answer is: all real numbers greater than 0.
