Question 2(Multiple Choice Worth 2 points)

(09.06)

The steps for circumscribing a circle about a triangle are shown:

Step 1
Construct the perpendicular bisector of one side of the triangle.
Step 2
Construct the angle bisector of another side of the triangle.
Step 3
Indicate the point of intersection of the perpendicular bisectors with a point representing the center of the circle.
Step 4
Place the compass on the center, adjust its length to reach any vertex of the triangle, and draw your circumscribed circle.

What is the first incorrect step, and how can it be fixed?

Step 2, replace angle bisector with perpendicular bisector
Step 3, circle should be triangle
Step 4, replace center with vertex of the triangle
All steps are correct.
