Amblyopia
Amblyopia is a sight disorder in which there is reduction of visual acuity due to the inability of the eye and the brain to work well together. Amblyopia occurs mostly to babies and young children. Early detection and treatment of amblyopia will prevent one from having reduced vision or severe visual disability. The most common cause of amblyopia is refractive error in one or both eyes which can result in refractive amblyopia and also eye misalignment.
