For this case we have the following equation:
y = 2 (x + 4) ^ 2-21
Rewriting we have:
y = 2 (x ^ 2 + 8x + 16) -21
Multiplying the common factor 2 we have:
y = 2x ^ 2 + 16x + 32-21
Adding the constant term we have:
y = 2x ^ 2 + 16x + 11
Answer:
y = 2x ^ 2 + 16x + 11
option A
