When grieving, individuals tend to go through the processes of moving through the stages of grief and then move on to the TEAR process. How sre these two processes different?

Grieving is when one shares the pain with other people thus we gain support while suffering is just experiencing the pain by yourself. Many people already know the stages of Grieving namely Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance yet rarely of the TEAR process namely T to accept the reality E is to Experience the pain A is to adjust to the environment and R reinvest in new reality. They both have the same thought yet TEAR is more on the acceptance part already.
