Single family units are more common in the suburbs and multiple housing units like apartment and condominium units are more common in the city core or at least this is the way housing is in the city of Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.

Answer:

A) Mixed-family units

Step-by-step explanation:

  • A suburb is a mixed-use of the residential areas that exist as a part of the city and its residents as a part of the suburban community or a part of the distant community. As in the case of the U.K, the suburbs are located with the administrative division of the city. And thus represent a multi-family and are examples of the mixed-use buildings.
