The united states policy of lend-lease in 1940 benefited what allied nation the most

The Lend-Lease Act benefited Great Britain the most. Even though other countries were helped through this American program (like France and China), Great Britain received the most funding/resources. Ultimately, this law would help lead America to break their policy of neutrality and enter World War I officially in 1941.
