It would be letter D. Pensacola. The base is called Naval Air Station Pensacola which is the cradle of Naval Aviation of the United States Navy. Realizing the strategic advantage of a base because of the rich timber reserves near the location for shipbuilding they build a Navy Yard which would become the Naval Air Station Pensacola in 1913.
