Sit and lean forward will help the heart become closer to anterior and help to auscultate it more.
Talking will prevent the patient from breathing normally. The air pressure in the lungs also might disrupt the blood flow. Turning of the electrical device won't help the sound but might help in recording electrical activity. It is harder to listen to heart sound from back because of heart located in the anterior of the chest.
