There are 5 tiles of
x^(2), 2 tiles of x and 5 tiles of 1.

The similar tiles can be added up and represented as a single term. So 5 tiles of
x^(2) can be written as
5x^(2). 2 tiles of x can be written as 2x and 5 tiles of 1 can be written as 5.

The overall polynomial will be the summation of all these tiles. So the resulting polynomial will be
5x^(2)+2x+5.

Thus the answer to this question is option C.
