5(x+1)=5(x+5)-15
5(x)+5(1)=5(x)+5(5)-15
5x+5=5x+25-15
5x+5=5x+10
-5x -5x
5=10
-5 -5
0=5
There is no solution to this equation because the left side does not equal the right side. The answer is "no solution" or "∅" which is the symbol for no solution in math

Distribute 5 into the parentheses.
5x + 5 = 5x + 25 - 15
5x + 5 = 5x + 10
0 = 5
No real solution
Hope this helps!
