we have that
p+4/p²+6p+8

we know that
the denominator can not be zero
so
the domain of the function is all real numbers except zero

p+4/p²+6p+8--------> multiply by p² all expression
p²*(p)+p²*(4/p²)+p²*(6p)+p²*8
p³+4+6p³+8p²
7p³+8p²+4
