Answer D It is an enlarged virtual image.

As shown in the figure, any ray parallel to principal axis passes through focus f2 and any ray incident at center of convex lens passes straight. The rays never meet on the other side of the lens but appear to meet on the tree side only. Therefore an enlarged virtual image is formed. A virtual image is formed when ray do not intersect but appear to intersect when produced backwards.
