f(x) = 4x² + 6x
g(x) = 2x² + 13x + 15

Question is asking you to divide the two functions (f/g)

Therefore:

(4x²+6x) / (2x²+13x+15)

Factor the numerator:

2x(2x+3)

Factor the denominator:

2x²+13x+15

= (2x+3)(x+5)

You now have ((2x(2x+3))/(2x+3)(x+5))

The 2x+3 on top and bottom cancel, so you're left with:

(2x)/(x+5)
