The battle of bunker was a major battle that resulted in the victory of the British over the colonists, but at a very expensive cost for the British. after the battle the British realized under general Howe realized that they were not fighting an ordinarily European rebel army and thus they decided to strike the
Dorchester Heights and the Charlestown Peninsula.
