Nevermind for future people the answer is D-Infinite solutions

we have that
y = 2x + 3 -----> 2x-y=-3----> multiply by 2------> 4x-2y=-6-----> equation 1
4x - 2y = -6 ------> equation 2

equation 1 and equation 2 is the same

using a graph tool
see the attached figure
points A, B and C belongs to the line---------> they are system solutions

the answer is
options A, B, C and D are corrects
