I believe it is just asking for you to plug in the domain (x) numbers into the function so that you can find the y. Like so:
f(4) = 7-3(4) = -5
f(-2) = 7-3(-2)= 13
f(0) = 7-3(0)= 7
f(2) = 7-3(2) = 1
