width -w
length l= 2*w+5
perimeter P=2w+2l, 52=2w+2l

system of equations:
52=2w+2l ------> 26 =w+l (1)
l= 2*w+5 (2)

substitute value of l from second equation into the 1st
26=w+2w+5
26=3w+5
21=3w
w=7

l=2w+5, l=2*7+5, l=19

Answer:
system
52=2w+2l
l= 2*w+5

length 19 ft, width 7 ft
