Answer: A) decrease in size.

Explanation:

A food chain is a linear sequence of transfer of food and energy when one organism is consumed by the other organism. A meadow is a field of grass. The grass is included as a producer in a meadow food chain. As they are capable of producing their own food by the process of photosynthesis. The population of rabbit which are herbivores is largely dependent on grass in meadow food chain as a source of food. In the absence of grass the population of rabbit will probably decrease in size.
