The answer is choice A.

The vertex of the parent function has been shifted 3 units to the left and 4 units up. This is represented by the function f(x) = (x-3)^2 + 4

Note how y = 1(x-3)^2 + 4 is in the form y = a(x-h)^2 + k
(h,k) = (3,4) is the vertex
