Hello!
1 liter is equal to 33.814 ounces
You can do 650 * 33.814 = 21979.1
The answer is 21979.1 ounces

to find the total ounces multiply the total liters by 33.814
650 x 33.814 = 21,979.1 round off to 21,979 ounces
