The biome would be a grassland. Grasslands can be both temperate and tropical, and trees and large shrubs are rare. They house mainly grasses, small plants and small shrubs.
Hope this helps! :)

Answer:

Grassslands

Step-by-step explanation:

This biome would be classified as a grassland.

Grassslands is a biome that is mainly dominated by grasses and shrubs. Grasslands contain many species of grass with few other plant types and do not contain large shrubs or trees. The climate of grasslands is usually temperate or tropical with a wide annual temperature range which is favorable to grasslands. Tropical grasslands (known as savannas), and temperate grasslands are the two major categories of grasslands.
