B and C demonstrate transmission of an impulse through an axon. C represents the influx of Na, causing an action potential, and then K is going outwards (coming back in afterwards) to reestablish the resting potential, kind of like a 'wave' of action potentials. This is known as a nerve impulse or signal. So, your answer is C
