How is franco's fascism is difference from hitler and others

they were all dictators meaning that they believed that they will be in control of there nation and u could be easily lynched (killed, hanged to death). all these dictators had a different understanding and pretty much had the same goal which was "to make their country/nation better" when they saw that things were going too well they either got lynched or committed suicide like Hitler did.
the name of dictators are:
Mussolini= Italy
Hitler= Germany
Stalin= Russia
Franco= Spain
Tojo= Japan
