this is an Alliteration.

As you can see, alliteration has the most words in a sentence that start with the same letter. In this sentence, brush, bush, & bramble all start with the letter B.

one word start with T, and other 2 words starts with A.

This would be D, alliteration. This is because the sentences repeat the same sound in similar words that mean similar things.
