Lack of consent.
Sexual assault is completely unwanted and non-consenting, whereas an unpleasant experience was consented, just not quite how you planned it.
Example:
Sexual assault: "No, no, stop."
Unpleasant experience: "Well, that wasn't as good as I expected."
