c and 118 degrees should add up to 180 degrees:

180 - 118 = 62 degrees for c

b and the unknown angle should also add up to 180 and from the line intersections are the same as c and 118.

b = 118

c = 62

Answer:

b = 118

c = 62

Explanation:

Find the missing angles

Angle b and 118 are vertical angles and vertical angles are equal

b = 118

Angle c and 118 form a straight line which add to 180

c+118 = 180

c = 180-118

c = 62
