we know that

the length of a circumference=2*pi*r
for r=6 ft
the length of a circumference=2*pi*6---------> 37.68 ft

if 2π radians (full circle)-------------------> has a length of 37.68 ft
2π/3 radians-------------------------------> X
X=2π/3*37.68/2π-------------> X=12.56 ft

the answer is 12.56 ft
