Answer:

Fungi shares some function similar like plants such as interaction with other organisms, cell structure, pattern of growth and movements, and presence of root like structure.

Fungi are a multicellular organism (exception to yeast) like plants are also multicellular organism. Both share similar cell structure such as plant and fungal cell is enclosed within cell wall.

They both have nuclei which contains DNA and other cell organelles like Golgi apparatus, mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum.

The best relationship between fungi and plant is, fungi living on plant roots and helping them to take up nutrient from the soil and receive sugar from the plants in return.
