On Tuesday the price per lbs is $3.80 and since she bought 5 lbs the final cost was $16. I got this by taking 10% of 4 so basically dividing by 10 making .40 doing that twice gives you .80 taking that from 4.00 gives you 3.20 then multiply that by 5. Hope it helped.
