I think it's a debatable question. Society is constantly evolving towards prioritizing inner beauty, however there is still a majority of judgement about physical beauty. It's interesting because in some cases, if you're judged as lacking physical beauty, you're given no chance to prove you have inner beauty. I think society has a model of "beautiful" and it you're not within a certain range of it, you can be discredited, even as we as people become more accepting. Most people out there look for inner beauty over physical beauty because everyone likes to be able to make a connection with others and physical beauty alone will never satisfy anyone.
In my opinion, inner beauty is much more important. Anyone can be physically beautiful if they tried, but not everyone has inner beauty and you can't make a connection with just anyone, no matter if they had more physical beauty or not.
