To convert temperature in Celsius to Fahrenheit, T(°F) = T(°C) × 1.8 + 32

T(°F) = T(15°C) × 1.8 + 32

With the given high temperature of 15
°C, multiply this to 1.8. So, 15 times 1.8 is 27. After that, add 27 to 32 which sums up to 59. Therefore,15°C is 59 °F.

T(59°F) = T(15°C) × 1.8 + 32
