Since the section is 5/6 yards long and you do not know the width, we can set the width as the variable
x
Therefore:
Area = length × width
Area = 1/6
5/6(x) = 1/6
multiply the reciprocal of 5/6 (6/5) on both sides
x = 1/6(6/5)
x = 1/5
A. 1/5 Yard
