The mass of AgCl formed is calculated as follows

write the equation for reaction

that is NiCl2 +2 Ag(No3) ------->Ni(NO3)2 + 2 AgCl

find the moles of NiCl2 used
moles = mass/molar mass

= 0.650/129.69= 5.012 x10^-3 moles

by use of mole ratio between NiCl2 to AgCl which is 2:2 the moles of AgCl is also 5.012 x10^-3 moles

mass = moles x molar mass
mass of AgCl is therefore = ( 5.012 x10^-3) mol x 143.37 g/mol= 0.719 grams
