Area of the rectangle is 2*6=12 in^2
12 could be = 1*12 or 2*6 or 3*4
P could be 2*(1+12)=2*13=26
2*(2+6)=2*8=16
2*(3+4)=2*7=14

the answer is 24 in (c)
