You need to have a positive impact on mental health. Mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more.

positive: self-esteem if you feel confident about yourself, feeling loved if you feel safe around somebody, confidence can help you with so many tasks in your lifetime.
negative: loss can cause you critical mental damage, difficult behavior when someone is usually unhappy they tend to act out, physical illness such as disease, or injuries cause some people to doubt them self back through recovery thinking that they are not useful anymore.
