You would probably have to do a multiplication equation so I think 6 x 4

The intercept of the given line is -3. Shifted up 6 units, it would be +3.
The slope of the given line is 3/4. 4 times that slope is 3.
The line with slope 3 and intercept 3 has equation
.. y = 3x +3
