we know that
the length of a circumference=2*pi*r
for r=8/2-------> r=4 in
the length of a circumference=2*pi*4-------> 25.13 in
if 1 revolution--------------> 25.13 in
87 revolution------------> X
X=87*25.13--------> x=2186.55 in
1 ft-----------> 12 in
X ft-----------> 2156.86 in
X=2186.55/12--------> X=182.21 ft
the answer is
182 ft
