Perimeter = 2w + 2l
Since its a square, the length and width are equal therefore:
2(s + 3) + 2(s + 3) = Perimeter
You can simplify this into a variety of ways:
1. 4(s + 3)
2. 2s + 6 + 2s + 6
3. 4s + 12
